The room was clean and the chamber maids cleaned the room with effort everyday. It is near the train station so it is convenient to travel around.

The room smells of cigarette smoke even though it's been cleaned everyday. Smoking should be banned within the hotel premises. Breakfast lacks variety. The wifi in rooms are not responsive and reception is weak.

The attiude of the staff was friendly. They really tried to help. The room was clean. The hotel seemed to be a clean and safe place. My overall experience was very good.

It's not that I don't like it, but I suggest they improve the following: - correct the address, the telephone number and GPS coordinates at Booked.net. (They were all wrong, staring from that the hotel is located neither at the Olympic part, not at Datun Road. It's off by 3-4 km!) - the staff could improve their English (or learn it) - the internet could work faster - the buffet could have been a bit chaper - the toilet brush was missing anyway, it was an OK place and certainly better than what I expected from a 3-star hotel in China.

Good price quality

The location is indicated wrongly on the Bookings map. On the map it is located very close to the Olympic area. It is however at least 2.5 km more east on Datun Road, near the Datun East Metro station. Highly annoying since I chose the hotel due to assumed proximity to the Chinese National Conference Centres where I had a conference. Now I ended up taking taxis and buses. This is a mistake of Bookings.com I presume. Please improve it.

Everything is ok, staff very friendly and helpful.

The only problem is that the staff speaks only Chinese (except one manager who usually is not available at the reception desk). Better print some standard questions and requests (E.G., breakfast, lunch, and dinner tockets) in Chinese beforehand.

Location for who has conference close to the cncc (30 minutes walking). It has the better offer in the cncc neighborhood. The rooms were cleaned every day. The bed is very comfortable and the air-condition is very powerful. It is also very close to the metro station (line number 5).

The address generated by the Booked.net is wrong. Completely wrong! (It takes the map from the "google maps", that we learnt in the end of our rise that can't be trusted on China). We walked more than 3 hours trying to find the hotel. We just did it after a Chinese guy call the hotel and draw a mapping in Chinese for us. The real place was far away from where it was supposed to be (according to google maps). How to arrive there: When you take the line number 5, stop on "Datunlu East" There walk up in the direction that the train was travelling up to the end of the corridor. There, go down the stairs and take the exit in direction to "Bei Yuan Rd. Take the exit "b2", to the right. Then, walk straight in the same direction that the stairs finish and turn the first street to the left. The hotel is in front of the Gas Station. 90% of the staffs can't speak anything in English. Some dialogue was possible using "baidu translator".
